21. Release two previous folds of the step by following the arrow direction of the step #20.   Prepare to move the upper and lower layers following the arrow directions.   Make sure that the upper layer is behind the lower layer.

22. Start moving both the upper and the lower layers while the uppper one is behind the lower one.
