19. Apply the valley-fold only on the front-most layer according to the step #18.   Prepare to apply a valley-fold followed by a mountain-fold.

20. Apply the valley-fold followed by the mountain-fold of the step #19.   Prepare to release two previous folds by following the arrow direction.
