09. Turn the model over.   Prepare to apply two valley-folds.

10. Apply two valley-folds of the step #9.   Prepare to apply two 90 degrees valley-folds.   The ordinary valley-fold means 180 degrees fold. So 90 degrees valley-fold let the normal valley-fold to be stopped at the middle.
