09. Apply eight vertical "valley-folds" of the step #8 and then "unfold" .   You have completed making a "16x16 matrix base" .   Prepare to rotate the paper by 45 degrees.

10. Rotate the paper by 45 degrees.   Prepare to apply two "mountain-folds" .
