17. Apply the "valley-fold" and the "mountain-fold" of the step #16.   Prepare to rotate the origami sleigh model by 90 degrees.

18. Rotate the origami sleigh model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to apply a horizontal "mountain-fold" .
