21. Rotate the origami pagoda model by 180 degrees.   Make sure that two flaps inserted into each pocket.   Prepare to rotate the origami pagoda model by 90 degrees.

22. Rotate the origami pagoda model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to push the 2nd story down following the arrow direction.
