09. Apply the "valley-fold" of the step #8 so that the "star" point lies on the 4th crease line.   Prepare to unfold the "valley-fold" that you have just applied.

10. Unfold the "valley-fold" of the step #9.   Prepare to rotate the paper by 90 degrees.
