13. Apply the "inside reverse-fold" of the step #12.   Prepare to apply a vertical "valley-fold" (270 degrees).

14. Apply the vertical "valley-fold" the step #13.   You have just applied 180 degrees "valley-fold" .   Prepare to apply a "mountain-fold" .
