17. Rotate the origami chair model by 180 degrees.   Prepare to apply a "valley-fold" and a flat-fold while applying a "pleat-fold"

18. Apply the "valley-fold" and the flat-fold while applying the "pleat-fold" of the step #17.   Prepare to apply a "valley-fold" .
