23. Flatten the model by folding the top and bottom part.   Prepare to rotate the model by 90 degrees along an imaginary axis shown on the left.

24. Rotate the model by 90 degrees according to the step #23.   Prepare to repeat the petal fold shown in the steps #9-15.
