09. Apply the 1st valley-fold and then the 2nd valley-fold of the step #8   Do this for two times: left and right.   Prepare to rotate the origami dragonfly model by 90 degrees in the clockwise direction.

10. Rotate the origami dragonfly model by 90 degrees in the clockwise direction.   Prepare to apply a horizontal mountain-fold.
