11. Apply the vertical valley-fold of the step #10.   Prepare to rotate the paper plane model by 90 degrees.

12. Rotate the paper plane model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to apply two 90 degrees valley-folds to rotate two wings in 90 degrees angle.
