13. Apply two valley-folds of the step #12.   Prepare to apply the crease pattern (CP) shown on the left.   90 degrees valley (mountain) fold requires you to apply only 90 degrees instead of the usual 180 degrees.

14. Apply two CP of the step #13.   Prepare to rotate the model by 90 degrees in the counter-clockwise direction.
