03. Flatten the origami paper star model by moving your fingers following the arrow directions of the step #2.   Prepare to rotate the origami paper star model by 90 degrees.

04. Rotate the origami star model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to apply an "outside reverse-fold" .   If you don't know what "outside reverse-fold" is, try to learn it from the above link.   Let's define a variable called epsilon as the ratio of the upper height to the total height.   In this example. I am using the epsilon of 1/4.   But you can try other values like 1/2 or 1/3.
