This page is for those who want the instruction to fold a CB six-pointed seashell origami star.

This origami star starts from Calyx Base with six-sepals. This one makes a six-pointed origami star with a seashell shape at the center.

If you are ready, then let's get started.

If you find any bugs on this instruction, please send an email to HyoAhn's email.

You may use any kind of paper to fold the origami star. It is a little easier if the front and the back side of the paper are slightly different whether it be in texture or color.

Make sure the paper that you use is a square (all sides are equal and all the angles equal 90 degrees). The paper I am using here is 15cm x 15cm square one. It is somewhat larger than a regular origami paper but it is good to deal with a larger paper initially and then gradually decrease the paper size as you become more familiar with it.

It is somewhat shinier compare to the back side.

Keep in your mind that the front side is the shinier one.

There is an instruction to teach how to make a regular hexagon out of a square paper.

You can easily get a regular hexagon from the instruction.
