17. Apply the valley-fold of the step #16.   Prepare to apply two valley-folds: the one on the left first, then the other on the right.

18. Apply two valley-folds according to the step #17.   Prepare to apply a valley-fold and then unfold.   Then rotate the model by 180 degrees.
