05. Apply the vertical "gate-fold" of the step #4 and then unfold.   You have now completed making a "4x4 matrix base" .   Prepare to apply two horizontal "mountain-folds" and then unfold.

06. Apply two horizontal "mountain-folds" of the step #5 and then unfold.   Prepare to apply two horizontal "mountain-folds" and then unfold.
