05. Apply the vertical "gate-fold" of the step #4 and then unfold.   You have now completed making a "4x4 matrix base" .   Prepare to apply two horizontal valley-folds and then unfold.

06. Apply two horizontal valley-folds of the step #5 and then unfold.   Prepare to apply two vertical valley-folds and then unfold.
