11. Apply four mountain-folds of the step #10.   If you only need an origami heart on the front side, then you are done here.   If you want an origami heart on both sides, then let's continue.   Prepare to turn the origami heart model over.

12. Turn the origami heart model over.   Prepre to unfold four previous folds.
