27. Let's concentrate on on the region (1) from the step #26.   Prepare for a valley-fold.   Make sure that the valley-fold point should be at 1/6 of the width marked as 1.

28. Valley-fold according to the step #27.   Prepare to working on the dotted ellipse region.   We will do the same thing on the right edge as we did on the left edge.
