31. Apply the horizontal mountain-fold of the step #30.   Prepare to apply a "mountain-fold" plus "inside reverse-fold" .

32. Apply the "mountain-fold" plus "inside reverse-fold" of the step #31.   Prepare to rotate the origami cow model by 45 degrees.
