09. Turn the model over.   Prepare to valley-fold and unfold.

10. Valley-fold in half vertically and unfold it.   Prepare to apply two valley-folds so that outer two edges are aligned at the center.   Do not worry how to align outer two edges. It will be much easier if you just go to the next step and follow it.
