15. Apply the valley-fold of the step #14 only on the front-most layer.   Make sure that two petals are aligned along the dotted line.   Prepare to rotate the origami poinsettia model by 90 degrees.

16. Rotate the origami poinsettia model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to apply a valley-fold only on the front-most layer.
