19. Apply two vertical valley-folds of the step #18.   Prepare to apply two lower valley-folds as well as two lower mountain-folds and then two upper valley-folds and two upper mountain-folds.

20. First, apply two lower valley-folds and two lower mountain-folds.   Secondly, apply two upper valley-folds and two upper mountain-folds.   Prepare to allow the origami bear model to sit by itself.
