Apply two valley-folds according to the step #2.

If we define the distance between Line A and Line B to be 1.

Then the "Delta", the distance between Line B and Line C could be 1/4, which is the quarter of the distance between Line A and Line B.

If your paper is longer (shorter), then you can increase (decrease) your delta.

Prepare to valley-fold along Line C.
