21. Apply two valley-folds of the step #20.   Prepare to turn the origami tiger model over.

22. Turn the origami tiger model over.   Prepare to apply both (1) a valley-fold and (2) a "squash-fold" .   When you are applying the valley-fold, make sure to make the valley-foled layer (labled as #2) to be positioned just below the frontmost layer (labled as #1).
