21. Rotate the origami swan model by 45 degrees and then apply two "valley-folds" of the step #20.   Prepare to rotate the origami swan model by 90 degrees.

22. Rotate the origami swan model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to apply an "outside reverse-fold" .
