This page is for those who want the instruction to fold a grace origami swan.

This origami swan starts with a kite base. There are three special folding techniques that you need to learn for this model; they are rabbit ear-fold, inside reverse-fold and outside reverse-fold.

If you are ready, then let's get started.

If you find any bugs on this instruction, please send an email to HyoAhn's email.

You may use any kind of paper to fold the origami swan. It is a little easier if the front and the back side of the paper are slightly different whether it be in texture or color.

Make sure the paper that you use is a square (all sides are equal and all the angles equal 90 degrees). The paper I am using here is 15cm x 15cm square one.

This is the front side of paper.

If would be nice to have a white color one.

But it is extremely difficult to see the paper under white background.

So I use a black paper instead to make a black swan.

Keep in your mind that the front side is the shinier one.
