23. Now, go back to the step #2.   Instead of making use of "1/4 line" from the bottom, try to experiment with "delta" equals to something between 1/4 and 1/3.

24. After you make use of "delta" with a value between 1/4 and 1/3, try to work until the step #19.   If you find one that covers the layer 0 completely, then you will get to the picture shown on the left.
