23. Convert the valley-folded crease line to a mountain-folded one by lifting the star-point of the step #22.   Prepare to apply two "mountain-folds" and one "valley-fold" .

24. Apply two "mountain-folds" and one "valley-fold" of the step #23.   Prepare to flatten the model.
