15. Fold four flaps down following the arrow directions of the step #14.   This is the front view of the origami pinwheel.   Prepare to turn the origami pinwheel model over.

16. Turn the origami pinwheel model over.   This is the back view of the origami pinwheel.   Prepare to turn the origami pinwheel model over.
