07. Apply eight horizontal "valley-folds" and eight horizontal "mountain-folds" of the step #6.   Prepare to rotate the origami fan model by 90 degrees.

08. Rotate the origami fan model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to put glue on the top of the origami fan model.
