19. Apply the valley-fold and then the mountain-fold of the step #18.   Do the same for the other side.   Prepare to apply an "outside reverse-fold" .

20. Apply the "outside reverse-fold" of the step #19.   Prepare to apply an "inside reverse-fold" .
