13. Turn the paper over.   Prepare to apply sixteen "mountain-folds" .   After you apply sixteen "mountain-folds" , you need to apply eight "valley-folds" .   The solid circles are shown to indicated that the mountain-folded crease line must be go through that point.

14. Apply sixteen "mountain-folds" of the step #13.   Prepare to apply eight "valley-folds" of the step #13.
