15. Turn the paper over.   Prepare to apply a valley-fold.

16. Apply the valley-fold of the step #15.   Prepare to apply the crease pattern (CP) shown on the left.   90 degrees valley (mountain) fold requires you to apply only 90 degrees instead of the usual 180 degrees.
