15. Apply the "inside reverse-fold" and the mountain of the step #14.   Prepare to apply a valley-fold so that the folded layer placed just below the front-most layer.

16. Apply the valley-fold of the step #15 so that the folded layer placed just below the front-most layer.   Prepare to allow the origami boot stand on the ground.
