07. Apply two "mountain-folds" of the step #6.   Prepare to "unfold" two "mountain-folds" that you have just applied and then open the paper.

08. Unfold two "mountain-folds" of the step #7 and then open the paper.   Prepare to apply "balloon-fold" to make a "balloon base" again.
