09. Unfold the paper.   Now, you should have six crease lines.   Prepare to rotate the paper by 45 degrees in the counter-clockwise direction.

10. Rotate the paper by 45 degrees in the counter-clockwise direction.   Prepare to apply two (left and right) "outside reverse-folds" .
