05. Apply the diagonal valley-fold of the step #4 and then unfold.   Prepare to apply a valley-fold along a slanted line which lies between both horizontal middle line and diagonal line.

06. Apply the slanted valley-fold of the step #5.   This valley-fold can be easily accomplished by aligning existing crease lines.   Prepare to unfold.
